Huawei Connect brings together the industry leaders from various parts of globe under one roof to discuss latest ICT trends, share ideas and explore new technologies that can lead us to a better connected era.
This year the event is themed as “Grow with the Cloud” and is focused on how industries and nations can leverage smart technologies and what role ICT providers will play in creating a smarter and intelligent world. Huawei Connect will run from September 5-7 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in China.
By sharing its AI vision for the very first time this year, Huawei aims to create an open, diverse and symbiotic ecosystem for cloud technology detailing how ICT infrastructure will soon transform the world. Huawei will use the event as a platform to present its vision around the dramatic growth of smart devices, rise of AI, and completion of the digitalization process.
To this end, the event will also see the release of Huawei’s Global Industry Vision (GIV) report that predicts a whooping 470% rise in smart devices by the year 2025 which translates into five smart devices per person on an average with about 20% of the global population owning more than 10 smart devices. The event will also highlight how the personal assistants on smart devices are expected to evolve and bring users to an AI-enabled smart device market.
Huawei Connect will comprise of keynotes around how cloud solutions for industry digitization will address current business strategies with participation from a number of industry experts and Huawei’s global team.
